Our Production Salon Processing times
AllWigs.Store provides premium luxury wigs prepared through our Luxury Hair Quarters production team.
- Wigs are sourced from raw, top-quality single donor hair
- Standard cap sizing applies unless otherwise stated on order notes. Our global concierge team will liaise with merchants requesting custom cap sizing.
- Size or texture requests (straight or curly) may be placed in order notes and are not guaranteed
- Longer lengths may be prepared with fuller density for optimal results
- Hand-tied lace finishing is applied where applicable
Once an order is received, production and secure packaging commence within 4–6 business days, depending on order type and location. A global concierge is available 24 hours to assist you throughout your luxury wig experience.

We ship internationally to private clientele.
Shipping timeframes vary based on destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance. Any duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Order processing, custom salon dye for longer lengths and carefully shipping may take 15-16 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to arrive once placed.
Order Cancellations | Strict Policy
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or production.
After 24 hours, orders are considered final and cancellation is not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds | luxury hair replacement
Refunds are not permitted unless a return is approved in writing.
Luxury hair Items are sensitive goods that apply strict return shipping & policy.
